Michael Cullen must be super pissed off this morning. It was bad enough that last year's backspin blooper buggered his Budget and almost cost Labour the election. This year's 'boring' Budget was all set to drop jaws and someone went and stole his thunder. Whomever leaked the cabinet papers should feel very worried. It won't be a golden handshake, more a smiteful thunderbolt.
