BBC profiles Nir Barkat, the new secular mayor of Jerusalem. Barkat made his money in IT, and is promoting Jerusalem as an investment and tourism hub. He replaces ultra-orthodox mayor Rabbi Uri Lupolianski. Hopefully, Jerusalem can turn the fighting monks into a regular event, a bit like Pamplona's bull run.
