Jesus, what's up with Thorndon Village? Deserted restaurants shut up and for sale, empty shops and cafes making a toothless grin along the street. It's bad enough that Lambton Quay through to Molesworth has a range of vacant or derelict space. Now the gentrified suburb of Thorndon is getting squeezed, where will it all end?
